        \u0417. Profile<\/h3>\n

        <\/p>

        1. In order to access the full functionality of the Website, the Guest must create an account and use the Website as a registered User. The profile enables the User to access extended information about the items offered on the Website:  <\/li>
        2. The user can only be a legal entity. In the case of legal persons and unincorporated organisational entities with legal capacity recognised by law, only a person authorised to act in this respect on behalf of these entities may create an account on their behalf and carry out any activities on the Website on their behalf.  <\/li>
        3. A User may only have one account on the Website. <\/li>
        4. Account registration requires:
          \u0430. completing the form available on the Website and providing the necessary details, including your email address and a unique password;
          \u0431. reading and accepting these GTC and the Annexes thereto. <\/li>
        5. Hrima-bg processes personal data of Users, persons acting on behalf of Users, and Guests in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. <\/li>
        6. After filling in the details required for registration, confirmation of account registration, approval of registration by the site administrator, a confirmed registration email will be sent to the email address provided by the user. <\/li>
        7. The User confirms that the data provided during the registration process and during the use of the Website are correct, correctly entered and up-to-date and that the User is entitled to use these data. The User undertakes to update the data in case of changes. Information about the termination of the Agreement will be sent to the User 30 days in advance to the email address provided during Registration. The User will be able to express his\/her willingness to continue using the Account by sending an email to the Customer Service Department at office@hrima-bg.com. Hrima-bg’s right to terminate the Agreement in accordance with this paragraph does not limit the User’s right to re-register on the Website. However, Hrima-bg does not guarantee that the existing username associated with the account will be available for use during the new registration;\n\u0431. despite being asked by Hrima-bg to cease certain acts or omissions that violate the points of the GTC or the provisions of the generally applicable law, the User continues to perform the actions specified in Hrima-bg’s warning. <\/li>
        12. In order to ensure the proper functioning of the Website, to protect and ensure the safety of persons using it, Hrima-bg reserves the right to carry out additional verification of the validity and authenticity of the data provided by the User.\n<\/li><\/ol>

          4. Actions of users that do not comply with legal requirements or the GTC for the use of the Website<\/h3>\n

            4. The complaint must contain at least: the details of the legal entity, the email address of the user with which the Account is registered, the circumstances giving rise to the complaint, and the user’s request related to the complaint. <\/li>
            5. If the data or information provided in the complaint does not allow the complaint to be investigated, Hrima-bg will clearly ask the user to clarify any doubts or provide additional information if necessary for Hrima-bg to investigate the complaint. <\/li>
            6. Hrima-bg shall consider the complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt or receipt of the additional information. Hrima-bg’s response to the complaint shall be sent by e-mail to the e-mail address with which the Account was created, unless the User requests that the response be mailed to the mailing address provided in the complaint. <\/li><\/ol>

              6. Final provisions<\/h3>\n

              1. Hrima-bg reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions subject to the following rules:
                \u0430. Changes to the GI may be made as a result of organisational, legal or technical reasons and may also relate to changes in prices, price lists and terms of service;
                \u0431. The User will be informed of any change by placing information on the Website page. In addition, users will be informed by email sent to the email address with which they registered on the Website;
                \u0432. Changes shall come into force within the period specified by Hrima-bg, but not less than 15 days from the notification of the amendment of the GTC, unless the provisions of generally applicable law provide otherwise;
                \u0433. The changes shall not have the effect of depriving or restricting consumers’ rights. <\/li>
              2. Hrima-bg may amend these T&C without complying with the 15-day notice period set out above, including with immediate effect in the event that:
                \u0430. is bound by a legal or regulatory obligation under which it must amend its terms and conditions in a way that does not allow it to comply with the 15-day notice period referred to above;
                \u0431. must exceptionally amend its terms and conditions to address an unforeseen and imminent danger related to the protection of online intermediary services, consumers or business users from fraud, malware, spam, data breaches or other cyber security risks. <\/li>
              3. A User who does not accept changes to the TOU reserves the right to terminate the Account Service Agreement at any time. <\/li>
              4. In order to develop the Website, Hrima-bg has the right to introduce new services and functionalities, which may be preceded by product tests, without prejudice to the previously acquired rights of Users. <\/li>
              5. Unless otherwise provided by mandatory statutory provisions, the applicable law for contracts between the User and Hrima-bg is Bulgarian law.\nThe choice of Bulgarian law does not deprive the User of the protection afforded to him under provisions that cannot be derogated from by contract under the law that would be applicable in the absence of the choice. <\/li>
              6. All disputes related to the services provided by Hrima-bg will be submitted to the competent general courts, without prejudice to the application of the rights of the GTC. <\/li>
              7. The Annexes to these Terms and Conditions form an integral part thereof. <\/li>
