This technology is similar to hot stamping, but results are achieved only through high temperature and pressing the die onto the substrate. The result is a change in color of the substrate and a relief image. Depending on the die and the chosen effect the image can be embossed or debossed. Combining hot stamping and embossing/debossing will enhance the attractiveness of the final product by increasing the impression of quality and excellence.
Hot stamping is a technology for transferring a pigmented or metallized foil layer onto a material. This technology uses heat, pressure, and dies to transfer a foil design to a substrate. Best results are achieved on leather and cardboard. This printing method is an incredible opportunity for presenting unique ideas and projects by the designers as well as product protection through holographic foil.
Images are printed onto transfer paper using digital printer and special inks they are then transferred onto the substrate using a high temperature heat press. When the heated the polyester molecules “open” and the sublimation ink which is in gaseous form infiltrates the polyester. When the effect of the high temperature seizes the polyester molecules “close” and the image is transferred to the material. The images have photographic quality, bright colors and precision of detail. Sublimation can be applied on white polyester materials and on products with special sublimation coating like ceramic mugs, bottles, phone cases etc.
This technology uses preset lasers which selectively mark (burn) microscope particles from the top layer of the product. Depending on the depth of engraving and the type of laser a unique, different and practically eternal image can be created. Color varies depending on the material. The precision of the laser allows engraving of detailed images. Laser engraving is best used on natural materials like glass, wood, leather etc.

This technique involves creating a stencil on a fine mesh screen, and then pushing ink through to create an imprint of your design on the surface beneath, the image is then fixed with heath. Screen printing is characterized by its high durability, image density and color accuracy.
Embroidery is one of the most popular means of placing your logo on clothing, headwear, bags and other textile items. This technology uses automated machines which embroider the chosen image onto the desired material using preprogrammed stiches. The resulting decorations are distinguished by a stylish look, high resistance to cleaning and bright images. For machine embroidery you need to create an embroidery program which is compatible with the embroidery machine. For embroidery a wide color palette of embroidery threads with different composition can be used depending on the base material and the specific requirements of the project.
Epoxy doming is a unique printing technology, it uses full color printed stickers covered with two part epoxy resulting in a three dimensional form with crystal vision. Epoxy doming has good UV protection and can be custom made. It gives the advertising medium an opulent and complete look.
The digital UV print is widely used technology, it uses a digital printer that prints directly on textiles, plastic, metal, wood, leather, glass etc. using special inks. The result is a full color image that is durable and has good coverage. This technology doesn’t require preliminary technical preparation and is cost-effective for small quantities.
